This piece was designed and created as an assignment for Intro to Glassblowing at Salem County College. Professor James Labold taught students how to create their own plaster molds and the proper technique for successfully casting glass using them. Drawing inspiration from radical gender expression and popular culture, such as Tim Burton's Mars Attacks and RuPaul's Drag Race winner Trixie Mattel. Combining together to represent fluidity in expression, desires, and reality.
